Not talking about guns v bows this time, I'm talking about handed weapons.

Level 26 dwarf hunter, currently using two-handed axes. Current equip is "Massive Battle Axe of the Wolf", 42-64 damage (16.1/sec), speed 3.30, +5 agility, +5 spirit.

Am I best to continue the two handed axe training, or should I be considering a different weapon/combo? I see I have "dual wield" although have never used it, even on my warrior character.

Personally, I've always used either a two-handed axe or a polearm..As far as stats go, the most important to hunters are agility, attack power, crit and stamina..Agility is good to have because it adds to your dodge, armor, crit and I believe 1 attack power per agility..Intellect will come in handy, too, but it's not as important as the others..The speed and damage of the weapon isn't a big deal since you aren't a melee fighter and should be using your ranged abilities.

I tend to use dual swords, or axes or any weapon that gives me the stats I'm looking for.

Since I rarely ever actually USE the weapons it doesn't matter much to me what type they are, just what stats they are.

My cat is good at holding aggro so I use my bow basically.

Duel wield will hit for less each time, but potentially more overall.

[/ QUOTE ]Level 26. Any suggestion on a good combo?
