Wondering here.. 60 SSI 150 Stam Composite Bow

(16 - 5) * .625 ) % 4 = 1.71875

I'm wondering with this, does this round up or down (I've seen reference to both) to 1.5 Swing or 1.75 Swing?

The reason i Asked is because of what the math gave me.. Like i said..

1.718 Swing.

And I wasnt sure if that Rounded up or down, people are saying 1.5 so it would have to of rounded down to 1.500 instead of 1.750
