[Treasure Hunting] Wasted chest

Went to the waste on makoto to do a hoard treasure chest today. Asked around
For help unlocking the chest for an while and nobody answered. Not even on chat.
All i see is people running around.

There is an event going on... and add lock picking and remove trap

I bought three small wooden crates from vendor. It was advertised for lockpicking but it doesn’t have keys. How am I suppose to lock them?

Without the keys that were created with it, you won't be able to lock it.

You may need to add tinkering to a character to make the lower end boxes.

The key isn't inside each chest? They usually leave the key locked inside them.
