Waste Disposal?

Could someone please tell me if there are public waste bins available and where they are. Upto now I've used those in houses but am now playing out of a bank on Atlantic.

On Atlantic, I know Luna has one, it is a pink chest. West Brit has 2, 1 red chest on the ground and 1 green barrel on the roof. Not sure about others.
