Here's what could fix the new system:
1. What's said in Fel, stays in Fel. Explanation: Fel would have its own separate general chat channel. It can be listened to, but not posted on, from the other facets. Similarly, the main chat channel can be listened to, but not posted on, from Fel. SP would just have the one general chat channel (or be set up to where the two channels are set up for reds and blues)
2. Have a filter/flag system and log for non-Fel General chat channel. This would send a flag up in the log if inappropriate language used, that GMs could check the log to see the context. Only this one channel, plus any set up by EMs for events, would be filtered/logged in this manner.
3. Persons abusing the non-Fel General Chat channel for PvP drama would get their account's speaking ability on all chat channels squelched for various times depending on the infraction type and previous offenses. However, non-PvP-related violations (Standard harrassment, etc) would fall under game TOS violations, especially if the target pages.
4. If someone actually wants an all-facet PVP drama channel, by all means they can create one, and then it would be up to THEM to get people to use it.
