Was Navrey Changed Recently?

I've been soloing Navrey and farming Tangles for years now, but kinda got away from it for awhile. Decided to get back into it recently and noticed she now casts alot of offensive spells through the rock slide attack, whereas she usually just stood there or cast that black flame strike on herself over and over (never did figure out what that was).

Anyway, farmed a few more this afternoon and got a drop message that I'd never seen before. Looked in my pack and found a piece of ML Assassin Armor....


I've gotten several dozen Tangles, Nighteyes and pinks, but have never had a ML minor arty drop from Navrey.

Is this a bug? or some recent change I don't know about?

I think they increased the amount of things that can give you those armor drops. I got Exact same piece from T rex yesterday. They did that a long time ago. But the rare pieces are still rare... Also get them in dungeon events and in Ilsh.

I dont know what Navrey does during the rock attack its best for tamers to stay away from her when you drop rocks so she wont make a copy of your pet.

If you are close enough, Navrey will web you and stuff when the rocks are falling. I usually stand far back and zoom my view out a bit (EC feature) and wait.

That was an attempt to web you up and/or throw you across the room. The attempt fails if you are already webbed up, or if you're paralyzed, or if you're spellcasting, or if you are somehow fighting Navery outside her usual lair. There might be some other conditions for failure too... ... ...

the rare pieces are still rare

At one point that was fixed (2019? 2020?) , and I got complete sets of, I think, all the Mondain Legacy armor by killing Miasma at Dungeon Labyrinth. It might still be fixed. Give it a try. I was using a trained pet that time.

When you drop rocks it can happen. You have 2 pets and can't tell which is real. If you mess around both could go poof. Not like the evil copy.

I still do not get the rarer suit pieces and when I call in chat others have what I already have. I have all sets and about 150 or more set pieces that are not complete. An arm for this set, that sword, etc.
