If you see an item on a vendor or an auction that you can not ID, please ask here for the origin before purchase. There are many true rares that share names and sometimes graphics with either past exploit/bug items or currently spawning items.

The graphics aren't there anymore, but my list for the bugged stacking items are still here:

These items are to the best of my knowledge, no longer able to be made... but they are NOT true rares, server births, etc as they are sometimes marketed as. I was alerted to the missing graphics last week and have been trying to find out which of my back-ups may have them. I may have to remake the graphics and if so, I will try to do so this week.
I will be more than happy to ID anything I can and give you an origin as will most of the veteran members of this community. Simply post a screenshot or description of the item in question. I would rather answer 100 questions than have one person have regret over buying an item for millions and lack of knowledge.
