Warning for rares and other things

After the publish i heard from a few friend that some of their items were missing. I myself looked at my stock and found nothing wrong. Today i decided to customize my house and move some things around. . . . Some of my locked rubble along with other things banished as soon as they hit my backpack, i am unsure if this is something that has to do with possible dupes items or a game in bug involved in taking items from moving crate. Reguardless i warn all rares collectors to be careful when moving things.

I recently moved alot of stuff around in my house along with all the serer births i have ad found no Problems..
Maybe customization got something, or as Queen Arya entioned,someone was hiding in your house and grabed items after you released them...
Some thieves do that..

If your lockeddown item was part of any walls they will go into your packing crate upon customization. However, there is a slight chance they will fall beneath the house once you recommit and unlocked of which then it's a fight against decaying time. You must contact a GM to search beneath your house for the item. I've lost a painting that way last month. A hard lesson to learn.

The house was private and in customize mode so no way anyone could steal from me... i also always do detect a few times before doing anything in my house... In case something did fall between house i hit customize again and nothing. As far as calling a gm its pretty worthless, last time i called them took them 4 days, definetly way above cecaying tieme.
Ohh well it is what is, nothing u can do about it.

I've noticed A few items dissapearring for no apparent reason as well, I lost a tangle and recipe for serpentwine rare book, both were blessed and in my backpack then a few minutes later they had both vanished.

I'm not sure on the house customization, I have heard of things falling under the houses lately...

As for items in the backpacks, I don't know if you guys play CC or Enhanced, but I have noticed things going missing in my backpack in CC, and also transfer crates when xsharding. I can see the item count still there however, and when I log on EC I can then retrieve the item.

...I didn't need that soulstone token anyways...

maybe the Gm's are trying to delete duped items without telling people or something, just slowly picking them off 1 at a time until they are all gone (conspiracy theories are awesome)
