Want to make leather pieces with 25 LRC...what runic should i use?

Ive been messing on TC1 with Spined kits with Arcane/Wizardry to try and make pieces with 25 LRC, but no luck yet...any advice? What kind of tailoring runic would u suggest?

If it peice have fundamental or brittle(both neggative property),spinded runic can make.
However,you want not negative property,you need use horned runic.
