Wow. That works really well.

It's kind of insane we even know all of that exists too. Like, who has been just sitting in an observatory counting trillions of stars and planets individually, naming them etc. for the last century. I'm not jealous of their job.

And just think in all that vastness the majority of people believe that we are the only intelligent life form. The Universe is estimated to be 13 billion years old and our solar system is est. to be 4 billion years old.

Don't look up theories on why we haven't been explored by aliens yet.... some theories include that the technology progression for that kind of space travel leads to weapons or uncontrollable substances that destroys worlds, a as yet unkown deadly virus/disease from space, aliens that are so advance they leave us alone similar to how we leave tribes in the Amazon alone, and others that are pretty scary.

Basically we are too immature for them to be concerned. I also have fun with the Ancient Alien theories - some make sense but a lot are way out there.

With the hope I do not sound like a complete ass know it all

It is because they have not almost all of the stars and galaxys they know of come from radio telescopes and they have only done deep scans in very small sectors because they are so time consuming and the data you recive is well astronomical :) so most of it is still guess work

To make it even worse big bang was not an explosion like we normally think every dot in the universe expanded at the same time that means that even if every dot did not expand faster than the speed of light the distance between the dots is so great that the time the universe existed is not enough for the starlight to reach uss so there is a very big part of the universe no human will ever see

Don't be so sure. Scientists and physicists have ideas. Theories are being tested even as we speak. It may be hard to imagine mankind with the ability to traverse the entire universe. Of course if you told the Wright brothers that in less than 120 years people would be talking about putting a man on Mars, they would think that you're insane. The real question is, can mankind go another 120 years without annihilating each other.
