Got them at an IDOC on Chessie and I've never heard of them.
Where did they come from??

New haven quest items have a bunch of random blessed stuff with names like that. There's a list somewhere here I forget the exact link of all the items though.

It might not be on the list but it's definitley a Haven Quest Item...

I just looked at the list the link brings you to....the ninjitsu instructor quest isn't listed. Thats probably where the item comes from...

Just for clarification what are the stats on these leggings.

there are no stats, just resists

They are Blessed, 3 stone leggings that are sort of dark blue in color.

14,9,9,3,3 with a 10 minimum strength and 46 durability.


Or at least thats what mine are.
