If you use ww attack it will wear super fast!
For PvP you will be using not FWW but the secondary, double strike, in the hope that one of the two strikes will proc the splinter, and also possibly not one but two procs of lightning. The 70% lightning is tops, and the 50% HLD also very sweet. May try to make a waki with hld and see how it procs the lightning. Also he will be POFing it no problem.
