Scripting your potions has always bypassed the timers. It took the DEVs what.. 6 months? to fix the pot script abuse that used to occur.
Since almost all pvpers run unsupported programs, its very common to see multiple potions being thrown almost instantly in current PvP.
This was true before the waki nerf and remains true after.
