Wait, what happened to being able to imbue 40 SSI on throwing weapons?
I suppose that like all other things they removed it...
Like being able to imbue arties that are otherwise useless into usable useful items... it's thought to be "overpowering".... which is silly since it isn't worth anything unimbued.
