I think Storm has it right. I just hope the developers are willing to take another look at this when the complaints start rolling in after the publish.

It seems just like the saltpeter vendor on the floating dock to me. The original design will serve to annoy the players once the prices are completely jacked up across the facets and a few enterprising individuals make it their habit of bribing enough that all the NPCs are being watched by their guild shortly after server up each day.

you guys are too greedy..
1.5m for a val hammer i still think is too much.
you will end up with 15 random items that will make relic frags at best..
maybe get 1 item that is near perfect but will have 1 useless mod like ubws or mw -25 or some resist.

nothing you cant imbue better tho..

runics suck cause they are random.

how will it work with vendors that re-spawn in ilshenar? will they respawn each time between 0 and 10 multiplier?
