Hmm, it was definitely me - but the actual "becoming queen" part was after I was transitioning out. I was a proponent of her becoming Britannia's leader - Casca was a red herring as part of the War of Shadows plot. But my role ended nearly the day Stygian Abyss shipped, and Live Events well before that, so the way it ultimately played out was different than my intention.

And, honestly, her ascension was handled far better by Mesanna and the EMs than I would have been able to manage with my divided attention. So if you can't stomach her right now, imagine how much worse it could've been.

I mean, I probably would've set her hair on fire or something.

Why even scrape up a generally unpopular character from an expansion that consisted of "We're legally obligated to use these robots!" in the first place? Why not just invent a character? One that doesn't have the same name as the girl behind the counter at Dairy Queen and doesn't have a bunch of silly baggage from a silly expansion?

If I'd have heard you talking about this at the time and went "Dawn? Heh she sucks, use Dupre!" what would your counter argument have been?

Queen Dawn. Queen Dawn. You could have at least given her a last name. That crap sounds like Queen Shelly or Queen Amber.
