Vet Reward trade in scheme?

A while back there was talk on the boards about a possible vet reward scheme

to swap a vet reward for another of the same year, or

swap several from a lower year for a higher year up to the age of the player acct, like 5x 1st year for a 2nd yr etc

Ignoring soulstones that are acct bound etc (Europa has a soulstone graveyard, so the discussion was aimed at donating the stones instead of turning in something that players return will want to recover)

were there ever any thoughts on this by the Dev team?

You can turn in vet reward robes for cloaks or dresses are gargoyle robes.
