Cant seem to find this item when searching threads/posts. If I remember right it was a holiday EM event in 2010. Cant remember the exact details on event, I think we fought monsters that took cookies or somethin from the grandma character.
think the vest was a drop and everyone there got a "bag of peanut brittle" (green dyed savage skin paint graphic)

The vest is a red cloth Jin Baori.

It was passed out by the mutated elf along with the peanut brittle. dont think there are a lot of them out there. he only passed them out at the fairgrounds that one night.
