Vesper Shiled question

So... I have been trying to figure out the answer to this question: http://vboards.stratics.com/uo-catskills/236734-vesper-shield-replica.html and I'm not getting much feedback.

Someone told me to try to post the question here. I do not have an imbue-er and even though I've read up about imbuing, I don't really understand how it works.

So, please, anyone that knows, can you tell me... can you add luck to a shield with imbuing? Thus giving it higher luck than the Vesper shield replica reward from the museum, which has 80 luck? I'm basically trying to figure out if the Vesper shield replica has the highest luck on a shield possible in the entire game?

Yes, you can imbue a shield with more luck than the replica one has. The highest value of luck that can be imbued on an item is 100.

The highest luck currently in game for a shield is the Vesper one. You cannot imbue luck on a shield.

You cant imbue luck onto shields. All you can do is to craft/enhance them with golden ingots or bloodwood boards to give +40 luck.

That's what I get for not checking what properties can go onto different items. I just looked up the max value for imbuing luck.

No you may not. Suxs because I have a few shields with all 3 on them.

probably not old stuff does not like being imbued sadly though if it was never enhanced it might be possible.
