Hail ! All Vesper Citizens and of the lands, The Vesper Guard is issuing a travel advisory for Southern Minoc as well as the Minoc Moongate vicinity. There seems to be Very Active Orcs at and around the old Orc Camp in Southern Minoc. The Orcs have been seen also watching the Minoc Moongate for weary and unsuspecting travelers.
As of now the Vesper Guard is on alert and actively patrolling the outskirts of the Vesper/Minoc Boarders. There have been no Orc sighting in Vesper or the surrounding Vesper Commons.
