Considering she isn't accepting gold for this item how is it allowed to be posted here?? (me and several friends have asked her in ICQ and she has said no to any gold offer saying they will only accept cash)

That is untrue, you did not even offer gold. You asked and were told if you offer enough maybe. Did you offer? NO you did not Treyster, so why bother us?

Couldn't this item very well be a UO Magic Moment item? I mean just about anything could be made for the person who paid for the said event so isn't that a plausible idea? Considering not a single other person has any idea about this item? (Most UO Magic Moments item's were created in multiples, very seldom we're they unique. Usually given out to each participant of the said event)

I mean unless it works like a trash barrel I can't understand why a seer would make a chest named "The Undertaker", Doesn't make much sense heh. And no offense Lynn but even IF this was a seer item there's no way on god's green earth it'd be worth 500 bux I can see 250ish maybe but thats about it.

That was the big question we asked before in a prior post from those more knowledgable on such items and we recieved limited response. We had reservations until we noted the weight of the item.

Yes, but its origin is still unknown and there are quite a few possibilities. I would still consider it a rare that is likely to be a unique. I would PC it in the range of 125-225M gold based on what unique items have been selling for in recent months and specifically, what rare chests have sold for in the past.
