As stated before I went to Heartwood and did quests.
I upgraded most my tallys and put about 35 more on my tally vendors.
I have 8 vendors with ALOT of stuff you might find interesting. All vendors are in green capes and brown monks robes. They are located at SW Zento thru the 2nd lower entrance way. You can shop from Guard Zone.
T Map vendor is full, and so is the Tally one. Something for everyone.
