Vendor question

I'm wondering how long your dropped vendor's items will stay retrievable in your own house. Is it a timed thing like on someone else's house or do they just stay until you get them?

Its is timed on how long you can retrieve your items from the house sign after your vendor has dropped, after that the house owner gets the items in their packing crate

So if i do not retrieve them from my sign they will just go to my moving crate? Good news.

I hadn't logged on for about a year after my baby's birth. My vendors were still in the moving crate with all their items when I came back in late August.
