Also please consider a cool down timer, even if only 5 minutes. You have the potential to have a lot of frustrated people if someone comes in the last 5 seconds and makes a bid that they are unable to counter. It is better for the bidders AND the seller. The seller has the potential for a higher bid and there are no grumpy people who have the item grabbed at the last moment without time to counter. I respect it is up to you, but I myself have had past deals where it has occurred and it honestly makes me hesitant to bid due to wasting my time. Just this bidder's opinion.
