This is just a conjecture, but I believe OP is asserting the item is valuable as it is vanquishing and has properties that a good PvP or PvM kryss would require, and with imbuing one could maximize the included properties. The worth of the item is in the mods, as it has what you look for in a weapon as oppose to trash mods.
