Use of alacrity scroll

If used to max or close to max potential, what can one expect to gain from one alacrity scroll, from 70-?

first off, I wouldnt use one till 80 cause I mean why not spend 3 days and take it to 80? but I used one on my scribe at 70 and i got to like 88? so not too bad, Think if I started at 80 I could have gmed it though.

the max you can gain is 84.5 thats very unlikely thoo.
