First, you must upload the image from your computer to the Internet. Use a free photo hosting website, such as Flickr or Photobucket.
Second, once you have uploaded your image to a photo host, your host (e.g., Photobucket) will give you a direct link to the image (something like: http://www.photobucket.com/nynyve's_photos/home_and_castle.jpg).
Third, post the direct link into this forum, but add this tag at the beginning:

Use the 'post reply' button rather than the 'quick reply' box. Scroll down below the text box to find a button 'manage attachements'. You can use that to browse your pc's drive to upload an image.
