Havent they got this fixed yet? A alliance member of mine just tried to upgrade his account and got stuck at the ToS page after accepting it just wouldnt go onto the next page.

Upgrading account still getting stuck at Terms of Service page..

This happened to me. sent an e-mail to ea customer support. they fixed me up within the hour.

Or, if you dont want to deal with customer service, download and install firefox, and do the upgrade from it.

My husband had the same problem. He switched from opra to ie or vice versa and it worked.

I was getting stuck as well, using IE8. Tried using IE7, upgraded with no problem.
