Why do I have to upgrade to a previous version if I want to use SA stuff? And no, I don't use twitter, so I can't ask Jeff. Maybe someone else knows why they're doing this?...

I see... So if I want to fully upgrade an account through the Origin store I would have to pay 12,99 + 14,99 = 27,98 euros = 36,52 dollars...

No wonder there's no influx of new players, and no wonder current players close accounts they have on the side...

You don't need anyone these upgrades to play the game, I would actually suggest new players wait before getting them. Although High seas is worth it because of extra storage.

New players can also buy the new player account already with SA.

I assume you need SA for something specific? if not use High seas and enjoy the fun you get from that

there is an important difference between SA and HS:

- SA is an expansion.

- HS is a booster pack.

So buying HS is like buying the rustic pack, you get only few extra contents.

Hence the lower price. SA is the new version of the game. It would be what they put out in stores if it were still in stores that is.
