upgrade codes?

Hi guys,

I've returned to UO and decided i want the Stygian Abyss upgrade and a 7th character. So i've bought them at the UO game Code Store.

Question is: when the heck are those codes delivered to your inbox? I've been waiting for them for 4 hours now. Isn't this an instant thing?

I need to burn some midnight oil on that Abyss before monday morning hits.

On the game code website - go to help in the upper right corner - then the contact option.

You may also be able to get help calling the EA Customer Service number (866) 543 - 5435.

well,

i'm in a 38 minute redirected help queue. the first guy i've talked to from EA support said that he knew about an issue with codes. so if any one else finds himself waiting, it's not us, it's them.

38 minutes turned out to be 60 minutes and then this:

Now, where's my expansion?

You might try the EA Online Support... support.ea.com Not sure if they can help or not, but might be worth trying.

now waiting close to an hour for the second time

BUT! i've been assured by the 1st level helper that there will be an actual person at the end if this wait. a level 2 helper, very well equiped.

well, it took hours but they finally copy pasted the codes to a chat window
