[Cartography] Updating the forums, need Shard tmap rune library locations

We are trying to update the forums and we need current information on Treasure Map Rune Libraries. The old list is quite outdated. You do not have to be the house owner to update the info for your shard. In some cases the house owners no longer play but leave the house open for others. Please post here with info on your shard in this format:

Lockpicking boxes are on the roof.
