(I am not certain about the timing since, assuming BST means British Summer Time, 19:30 BST is not, and never can be, 19:30 GMT - the whole point of BST is that is it one hour ahead of GMT....)

It *would* have been at 7:30 UK time ( 8:30 CET ) which is BST not GMT btw

But it wasn't because of the server crashes ( see the thread on the topic)

It was postponed
