UOPatch crash

I cannot open my uopatch.exe , it directly crashes before opening.. What are the possible problems

We're having the same issue here. Nothing has changed on that machine.
I have a new machine that patched with errors. On this machine I just can't get the last patch, snow gifts etc. Seems strange that I would have issues on 2 machines after years of trouble free patching.
