uoassist problem

for some reason it will not update on my laptop. i have no idea whats wrong and have tired to completely remove the program and reinstall but it still fails to update. i downloaded the .dll file from the site but not exactly sure what they are used for. any help would be great.

wow, such an easy fix i feel stupid, lol.

all i had to do was turn off my firewall, let it update, and turn the firewall back on. i still find it weird that it would not update though because i have not changed the firewall settings since the last time i successfully updated it.
