UOAM Not Working

I'm returning to UO and I downloaded and unzipped the UOAM file. I then unzipped the files and put them in a UOAM directory and ran the program. It seems to be working fine, even tracking my player, but I can't get the map to show up. Just a black background. Any suggestions?

Double check the location of the directory that UOAM is linked to....either CC or EC. Second, your maps may be out of date, think there was some help in earlier post ...Cheers
