Yes - there are several different departments. Customer Service (GMs,) Development, Marketing (of which the Community department is a subset,) Billing and Tech Support, and QA are the major ones.

But are they all in house or is it a puzzle of different offices world wide where you have to intranet confrence to communicate?
Just wondered How distant some of these departments where...
Always wondered whos basement the servers ended up in lol
Texas,Calif,Virginia now if i recall...Thats a lot of moving things about over the years...

they don't work where the servers are (well they might)

the servers are located around the world so that everyone can get a good ping in their location
