UO New Year's Resolution

I created this same thread last year around this time, asking what people's resolutions were for UO for the upcoming year. Mine was to finally finish all of the skills my characters started with, including some daunting ones such as Taming, Disco, Stealing, and quite a few others. I managed not only to finish those skills off, but added quite a few to the list. I'm now down to only 4 skills left on my "to do" list, after which my skill building will be done until UO gets any new ones. That said, my resolution this year is to finish those skills and polish off the suits on all of my chars, along with completing the training on all of my tamer's pets.

What's your UO New Year's resolution and did you fulfill last year's?

I didn't have one last year, but this year my resolution is to finally complete my template... including 120 PSs and arties. For a casual player getting back into the swing of things, this is pretty daunting.

I've been away for a while... and I lost a LOT of stuff before coming back. It's almost like starting over. So while I am still getting over losing so many valuable and sentimental items, I have resolved to try and make enough money to buy everything I miss back!

My resolution is to try complete my tamer and archer. Oh and try to keep my houses organized!

I'd like to propose a resolution worthy of everyone's attention:

Find at least one new player every month and get them up to speed on whatever aspect of UO they enjoy the most.

Consolidate once again to 2 accounts.

Sell my junk.

Give some gold away to a truly unsuspecting new player.

My resolution would be to finish off the last few points of skills on all of my chars that are "almost" legendary but not quite. I also want to fix as many of their suits as I can with the new imbuing stuff.

Helping out new players is also a worthy thing to do. The new chat makes it easy to do when they call out for help.

Log in to get my GGS gains for taming. I'd be 120 by now if I did that over the last couple years, but nope :/

Hmm, didn't really have any goals set for last year.

This year though I'm hoping to start playing a better pvp mage, archery has bored me.

I also hope to finally hit that "1 billion" gold mark. Mind you this is through ALOT of pvming, buying low/sell high and farming the new SA imbue items to sell over the 9+ years I've played. I'll post when I hit it, 200+ mill off from it.

I doubt I'll ever be an "elite" pvp'r. I can honestly say I don't cheat.. so half the time when I'm supposed to be chugging a pot or healing myself... I'm eating an apple or trying to cure myself instead because I can't remember what macro I set to what button! And that leads to oOooOooOo alot for me.

Maintain closeness with my friends and find a few new ones.

Don't rise to the bait of negative influences, enjoy my pastime and not worry what others are doing or saying.

Find the "perfect" greater dragon, and tame it myself.

Finish getting all the glasses in the library collection.

Move all my stuff out of one house and sell it off.

Claim all the holiday tickets on every shard (most immediate goal).

Well, this time last year I hadn't yet returned to UO.

If I have a goal (I don't normally 'do' resolutions), I think I'll keep it simple. No more junk collecting.... just concentrate on what I enjoy doing most at any given moment and take things one day at a time.

I plan to be more active in helping with events for NEW guild on Siege, and helping to usher players into the Fel only ruleset.
