Mac PC has a continuous log in loop, XP Machine tells me my postcode is wrong when it isn't, My main PC tells me to contact my CC company and finally my laptop tells me to phone an American EA number.

Got my High Seas code from uogamecodes about 2:00am (GMT: U.S.).

Guess it would be best to wait until after the patch at 10:00am to register it though; that is what I gathered from the posted info.

So, I'll get home from school about noon, eat some lunch, then get crackin' on registering the code & downloading whatever hoo-haa from the patcher.

Soooo EXCITED; can't wait!

You just need to clear your cache. I was looped Cleared it, site worked fine.

Payment accepted straight away for me with a VISA/Debit card from the UK and using WinXP/Firefox. However the Code email directs you to ultima-registration.com to enter it, but the page times out for me. You can however get in via UO.com Account Management, and enter it under Account Upgrade there instead. Yaaaaaargh!

Well apparently my 'zip code' is incorrect. It's the same one I have used on the UOGamecodes site for years, including buying gametime a couple of weeks ago.

Apparently EA programming knows better than me, and doesn't care what it accepted earlier, it now does not want my money.

Such a quality company..... they can't even take cash from people using the same cc and info they accepted a few days ago without screwing it up, most likely thanks to the 'upgrades' to the site in preparation for the release of High Seas.

Quality all the way through though - the error message ends "Then press the 'Cotinue Checkout' button to continue."

Another reason I won't upgrade. gamecodes is so borked on these releases it takes days to get things straight.

there are scads of bugs to fix yet once again an upgrade is shoved thru the system. I'm betting reported bugs still exist in the "final" product as well. <shakes head>

They will take the servers down from 10am EST till approximately 2pm EST to upgrade the client. Then Im assuming there will be a patch. Nothing to download.

- Internet Explorer / Firefox (anti-ad/filter programs disabled)
- on Windows XP
- with two different Mastercards
- from Europe (Switzerland)

No success until now.

I sent an email now from support.ea.com with my order in a message to them, hopefully this will work (as it was my only solution to order UO:SA back then)...
