We are experiencing issues with Europa. At this time we have brought the shard down to further investigate the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please check here in approximately 2 hours for an additional update.
UPDATE 11:22 AM EST: We have updated all of the shards with a hot fix for the issue that was happening. We will continue to monitor all of the shards and provide any updates within this thread.

But at the risk of being fair Sam, all the servers that have developed problems, from GL through Europa, began with short downtimes/crashes, followed by longer ones. Could just be those you mention are at the beginning of the cycle of crashing, rather than them having any higher 'priority' for fixing.

no mate, europa went down up and down 3-5 mins each time then on the forth time stayed down, which is fine as i would hate to bring back days of 7 hour reverts but its certainly i different pattern and also why are other busy shards not going down?
surely chessy would have gone down.

Europa as been down nearly all bloody day this is *outrageous*

Really really outrageous...what a day to have off work..im sure the devs will make it up to us ...it always seems us europeans get shafted...especailly us form the uk!

Fair enough.

Meanwhile Europa reappeared for a second or two just now, but then went again... think it's not a day I'll try playing.

Even if Europa comes back up, I wont be doing anything till they state its fine to play now. No point doing anymore training if its only gonna get reverted in a few hours time...

personally id rather see them give us a shard before we talk about reimbursment.... cant use tokens with out a shard can we :)

BS, all this crap about American shards being fixed before us and how Mythic hates Europeans, they weren't broken to start with! They just needed the hotfix for the 'action' which caused the shard to crash, Europa being down all day is most likely a seperate issue entirely, maybe even a physical issue.

You are correct, the issues affecting the other four shards are separate, and being investigated right now.

it helps that we have had some information people are just annoied due to the fact it took 5 hours at least for any sort of response!
the response we did get although not the best news at the time would of kept the masses happy 4 hours before that! even if you dont know whats wrong something is better than nothing....

That said, why are there so many japanese people on Origin today? They don´t have SA yet or what?

So Europa has been down all day for ..............?
I'd ask if it was ok to play now but its down again so i take that as a no.

For it to be down all day without much feedback probably means they found someone/s ? abusing a big loophole or exploit maybe with the new expansion. Either that or something seriously wrong thats been discovered through playing it. Others shards have had a quick fix, so maybe it hasnt happened on those shards and was easy to find and control? We shall wait and see...

The last time anyone got on, does anyone know if we reverted ? If so till what time? Im in the US and it would have been 6.30-7 am my last log in. Anyone log in after that and know if it was ok? Did we lose all our hard work from yesterday?

Please tell me you all adjusted plant growth for the day... I really don't have the desire to try to save a house full of dozens of plants because Great Lakes was sitting in the middle of the Pop-O-Matic Bubble.
