Greetings!

At 11:00AM EST Atlantic will be brought offline to receive additional hardware updates. We anticipate the shard will be back online before 3:00PM EST.

Please also be aware that on Wednesday, February 2nd Great Lakes, Legends, Catskills, and Siege Perilous will have rolling downtimes to receive the same updates, we will provide more details concerning this downtime in a separate announcement tomorrow - thank you.

If atlantic gets the same upgrades sonoma did, here's what you can look forward to:

* occasional timeouts whereas there were none for the prior 1.5 yrs
* occasional ping increases from 26-28 to 200+ (a factor of nearly 10x) where there were no such ping increases for the past 1.5 yrs
* shard wide lag and freezes, effecting every single player regardless what part of the US or ISP you use .... yet monsters are able to move JUST FINE ***
