Wasn't it just a year ago when they didn't release a video promoting what would be coming to the game, but instead released a quick video of Cal and Mesanna where one claim was that a streamlined patch utility was upcoming?Is it just me or have there been ALOT of 500+mb patches lately? And the patcher is painfully slow for CC here. Maybe I will get to log on before midnight.
For what it is worth having seasonal advertising available just after the college kids get out is probably a good thing. A big carrot and the end of a really long stick is probably a good thing. We are simply adding an Ultima Online voice to the cacophony of "come play our game!". To be fair, it's been some time since the Classic Client has been using the Enhanced Client patcher. I believe, at the time, they indicated that it was a first step into improving the overall quality of the patch process. And to be equally fair, having a unified patch process would be, in my opinion, an important first step.
they probably should allow larger than 100 million gold transactions for sure now. especially if those bracers fall with the same amount of frequency as a slither.

Massively and MMORPG usually mentions UO from time to time. You can go into any game forum and see UO mentioned at least a 1000 times by players that played it or play UO still. Just these sites are growing with more viewers everyday. On the plus side as long as they still mention UO in any capacity i's a good thing
My character is venerated in New Magincia. I chose citizenship there and went to the title list on the menu that shows skills and fame. I saw a long list of choices and chose the wrong one. I chose the very bottom one "Dame" Now I cannot get that list back to pick the top one for my venerated status. Anyone know how I can get that list back?
I can get the pay for it title list on the loyalty menu. I spent too much time getting and keeping venerated to pay . Thanks for your time.

Even if you are venerated - you have to "Buy" the title by spending the gold. Buy the title you want on the loyalty menu then select it in the title menu.
Oh well, thank you Tazar for the information. I have done loyalty since the day it began and now the devs say

I did a search, maybe I did it wrong :/ but I usually do escort quests while I'm doing Town Loyalty and tonight I accepted one and it wouldn't follow me...like it was glued to the grass, I gated and it followed me through the gate but the quest didn't finish, so I went back through, trashed the quest and went to take another and it said *I see you already have an escort*
Not sure if this has been reported or not, of course this is on Origin...
As far as paying for titles...I kinda like it. Yeah we've done the work to get the loyalty but....idk maybe it's just me...I don't mind paying.
OHH as far as town loyalty goes, I'm STILL Respected in Yew....I do town loyalty for about 2-3 hours a day and I haven't gotten past respected in Yew. In New Mag I went down to Respected and was back to Beloved in about 30 minutes...I don't get it :/

I can only speak for EC client with Pincos UI. To buy a new title left click on the citizenship town (New magincia) . in the loyalty menu. It brings up all the other titles you can buy again. It should be something simular in CC.
As far as the void pool goes, the monsters are not really going for the void. They seem to just sit back in groups with no direction at all. Its like they are no longer going for the void and are instead waiting for you to come to them. I dont know if this is intentional but if it is, it changes the strategy.

another gold sink approach... let the rich to spend money on intangible things like title and appearance and color, doesn't hurt casual players materially.

So if you buy a title and your loyalty decays due to not logging in, do you lose it? Anyone?
