Unfortunately at this time we will not be able to restore players skin hues. As soon as possible, we will be providing a way for players who lost their skin color to select a new one.

Supreem, will it be possible to run the elf to human, then human to elf to choose skin tones in the meantime, and should my elves NOT logged in today have avoided having any issues?

Correct if you never logged your character in, you should be fine.

No..thats not what im talking about. Im referring to the "fix" the devs will provide to elves skin color that THEY f'ed up...which should NOT include messing up hair color when some of us have special dyed hair color that can only be obtained from the website or pay millions for off someone on the game with game gold. Don't f*** with the hair man...thats just wrong when someof us spent money to have the color we want.

Thats totally ripping off loyal paying customers...me being one that pays for more than 1 account on UO.

I agree. When we do provide a solution for fixing your skin hue, we will make sure it does not affect hair dyes.
