Umm, we can use the normal house teleportation tiles if we are dragging things and/or overweight (its how I move most of my things). Why can't this be done with the new ones? It would be a great way to move items from an old house to a new one...

Are Order/Chaos banner's dyable? If so, can we see an example of a dyed banner of each?
guessing that there are different rules (coding) for traveling by moongate and traveling by teleport tiles, and that this needed to use the moongate rules
Interesting. Someone should try teleporting on a reward tile placed over a house teleporter... You'll get ripped in half!

the notes say the teleporter tile can be used/placed by anyone.. but it's a 12th year vet reward? So that means only a 12th year vet can claim it but they can sell/trade it to anyone?
This is exactly Correct. Only 12 year Vets can claim the reward, but once it has been claimed they can sell/trade it to anybody, and anybody can use them.
I'm curious about this too... like the chaos one but I'm not big on the red on the order one. I will check it out when the shards come back up. Speaking of which, where are they at? ;P

The mailbox doesn't seem to be working as written? Whether locked down or secured, if security settings are set above what the incoming character is they can't even access the box, and obviously if they're set secured at a lower level anyone can take anything out of it. If its locked, nobody but the owner of the house can put anything in, and then obviously thanks to the "wonderful" changes to locking/unlocking, the mailbox has to be unlocked to take anything out again.
Basically, right now all they are is normal containers that do nothing special other than look nice.

You dont need to open a mailbox to drop something in it. Drag + Drop on mailbox.

Actually, sorry to disappoint but we were already done coding the mailbox when you suggested it. It did make me smile though because then I figured we'd have at least one person that would be happy with it, lol.

Now... is anyone else having problems with the Codex of Virtue deed? I can't seem to place it anywhere. I've tried the floor, east wall, south wall and I've even chopped up all my parrots as they often interfere with deeds along the Z axis... no luck. Of course one problem is I don't really know what it looks like so I'm not sure how many tiles to open up for it, etc.
Any ideas?

It's very large and they mentioned you'd need at least an 8x8 to fit it. Thus the actual size of it might be 6x6 or so? Do you have enough room to fit something that large in?First, Devs thanks for the neat new items.

Crystal Portal Bug: If you have a Interior Decorator cursor up and transport yourself, the cursor is stuck permanently. If you click on something, it just pops back up. You have to log out & in to get rid of it.
Also, they don't work if you raise them up too high. I think they look stupid on the floor (and you can walk through them), so I put one on a small table. Couldn't use it.

Ah, thanks for the info... it's 6 tiles wide, circular in shape so it does take a ton of room. Plus I had to re-chop all my dang parrots again on the lower floors. It's been an evening of horror for them. I ended up taking half the soulstones off my roof to fool with it, but it does work.

It's that big tile where the slasher of veils lives in the Abyss. Looks like our virtue gump from our paperdoll

Not disappointed at all, why would I be? Actually, I figured you had to be coding it before to have it out this quick. It's just that great minds think alike. =) I am getting my bachelor's in Game Design at UAT and will also be working on level design degree. Who knows maybe one day I will get to work on UO! That would kick to much arse.

I was just starting to check characters for 11th Anniversary gift ticket, but my 3rd character on my account didn't get one. Haven't yet checked the other 3 characters. Question: Aren't all characters on all accounts supposed to get an 11th Anniversary Gift ticket?

Thanks. I am finally catching up -- reading the UOHerald report on Anniversary Gifts and Vet rewards.
The character that didn't get a reward, was made before Trammel came into existance. There's an Xmas gift ticket and that pink basket Valentines gift still in her pack. I am 22nd in line for GM as if they can help. It won't matter. I have enough characters and accounts so missing one or two "gifts" won't hurt. Still, the extras are nice to give to new players.
I had that issue with a few dormant characters, they didnt get their ticket.
I logged out, and logged them back in, the second time in they all got a ticket.
Try that, for some reason if they havent been ingame in a while, it seems ya gotta jog their memory! *grins*

Very odd... I know in 2d, you get a line of text when you log a character in telling them if they are too 'young' for a reward, are you seeing that on the character? (I know, it would need you to log out and in on them, and that may drop you from the GM queue so you might not want to risk it... unless you save your journal, should be recorded in there?)
Thanks KoolAidAddict! I had to do some reading to learn I had posted far too soon and was asking questions that were already explained, except for that 3rd character which should have got an anniversary gift. She was born before trammel.
I've logged her in and out. haha Got tired of waiting stuck at 22 in queue. But that didn't seem to stop her from remaining in queue while I logged in my other characters to make sure they also receive their Anniversary gifts. Thanks for your help.
I've placed this at two houses, and re-deeded it twice at both as I was fiddling with getting it where I wanted it. No problems at all. It is a tricky bugger to place though. When you are close to getting it right you may see a section show up, then it disappears and turns back into the deed. It doesn't like doors, stairs, parrots and if you have wall deeds like hanging axes, etc... you may need to remove them to get this to lay down.
I was able to place it at one house with exactly 6x available area so it can be done.

OMG we just noticed that the flag pops up on the mailbox when you have

oki, what am I doing wrong? I can go to a town, 'zento mint' works fine, but when I say 'moonglow moongate' I get a noise, I go invis, my stats go down and back up by the amount on my ring and spell book, but I don't go anywhere.

s'oki, I had a Senior moment. I forgot I had to say 'fel'. I'm on Siege. There's only one Moonglow gate here.
