Wow EA, that's a nice little racket you've got going there. I can't even email to ask where my codes are because it doesn't recognize the very EA account I purchased them on. Why am I not surprised?

Check if the EA email 'redirected' to SPAM folder..

Its a Blackberry email address, there IS no spam folder. And I received every GM canned response just fine.

Bought one yesterday, had the code in my gmail inbox before I clicked the close button on the browser tab.

It does "feel" like a spam thing. Do you have your blackberry mail checked on a PC or using some mail program that may have a spam filter?

Its a Bookcase code, the $6.50 has already hit my bank, I received no email at all, and my BB emails come directly to my BB. Nothing has come in. It's pretty ridiculous actually. Maybe an EA rep can come to my house now, beat up my 6 yr old, and take his lunch money.

you probably did all this already, but... double check the email address on your confirmation (no typos and that), make sure you didn't accidentally delete an incoming mail and then go file a ticket with support

Nah,it's my fault. I read the postings from others regarding issues they've had in the past with that web sight. I just won't order anything else again. Actually, after my 2nd accounts house collapsing after only 2 months of cancellation, and now this. I"m pretty much turned off. And yes, you can have my stuff, details to follow.
