UO GameCode Help!!

[Blood Ghoul]

Hey All,

I purchased the gamecode for increased storage and 7th character slot. I tried to apply it and it did not work. I have called tech support 4 times and while they give me a new code each time they never work. This purchased was $29.99 so I either want my money back or figure something out.

My question is has anyone been able to get this code to work recently or I am doing something wrong?

You are entering this though the account management pages and not the in game promotion section of the paperdoll help menu?

yes..i have enterred it in the accounts management page..It always replies (you cannot add this code to any of your accounts)

Whoops..my fault..I was still selecting my master account..I didn't do the drop down to my UO account.
