Who said it would never happen ;)

Looks like they opened up ALL accounts free to play whilst they are doing the account migration. I just logged in sucessfully with a closed account.

Bug or by design?

I'm betting its just a side effect of the account services being down. The game cant check to see if the account is allowed on.

Thanks for mentioning it though, I think i'll refresh my house! :D

No wonder plots are springing up everywhere like it's Return to Brit. People want more free houses they don't have to pay for ever! Hopefully the devs are actually taking advantage of the account migration to do a housing server purge of all the unpaid for houses, but with their track record I doubt it...

yeah just hope its not burning my game time while everyone that hasnt payed yet this month gets free time :(

i paid just before the servers went down.
