Today i went on to navrey with a mill check in my backpack....I died once there, thats all fine..

Then friend called said abcenss killin him in groove...so i jumped in to lure it away....but a fellow tamer also came,

Im a mage, so i did my best but tried to heal the draggy...was insta death..

when i ressed,and got to my corpse...my mill check was not there more,....

I called gm...and got canned responce...replaced call and rephase it,.

yet a canned response....

btw, this is legends,

Honestly - i dont expect the item to be replaced, but i played from beta since feb 97.

Id expect a gm show up, but now ea lost last of my trust.

A check is blessed, and gm send me canned msg he feel im frustrated go check out some web adress...

At least he could show up and say they cant help.

What would be the difference?
The queues are already pretty long, with most of the responses being canned messages.
If a GM turned up to ever call to put in face time, then the time to deal with each call would increase, and thus the wait time would, too?

Say it takes 30 seconds to look at a call, and another 30 to fire off a canned message - that's a minute per call.
If the GMs turned up to each and ever call, then on top of the 30 seconds looking at the call, there'd be several minutes of interaction.
Even if by some miracle the majority of petitioners didn't complain or try and change the GM's mind, and it only doubled the time it took to handle a page, it would still make 30 minutes sitting in the queue under the current system into an hour's wait.

As previously said, what would the difference be? A canned message saying they can't help you versus them taking the time to show up and say they can't help you? Personally a canned message saying the exact same thing they would say in person is no difference whatsoever.

But if you knew they couldn't help then why did you even bother paging?

On another note. Did you clear out your bag to make sure it didn't get stuck under some other items?

There is the question why are you traveling to narvey with a mill check in your backpack? And the second one is, if the million is soo much worth for you, why havent you dropped it before or instalty when you notice the check is in?

It might be possible or not that it happend to you how you are describing it and i trust you! I have asked me the question many times, what would happen if all my items, all my things i own in UO, my Account, my House are lost. My question is i would play again, my account might be lost, but my expierence and my memories are the important things and this can never be destroyed!
