What about UOA? Is it compatible with ClassicUO?
Or does ClassicUO also have all the functionality to replace UOA?

I honestly couldn't say if you could still use UOAssist but I would think there would be a lot of built-in stuff that could replace it. Most people who use ClassicUO on free servers would also have Razor which is an advanced assist program.

hopefully they make it so that no third party software is required, including maps. Currently a third party is hosting our map server so we know where our guild members are. I don't know many other games that operate like that.

Right but there is another saying: Better Late than Never. If CUO happens it will be a happy day, esp if CUO macros are maintained, and CC graphics are not messed with.

i honestly have no idea what the classicUO is.
but, if it has the 2D feel to it and runs better ill give it a look once it gets green lighted.

CUO has a built-in map that I believe will show where your guild and party members are.
