Correct, and my guess is they'll make you have stealing or a character with it to collect the rewards you earned throughout stage 4. That would be my luck!

don't think it will be thievery, but if so Amroth can handle it I suppose

what keeps niggling at me is the off-hand references to "uniting"

At least with the fishing part you could still do it if you had the Zippy quest, not sure there is any way around not having a thief!?

I think that this is a subtle hint to get those Thief char's made for the new Pagan land mass and the new stealables that will come with
They did say afterall that they wanted to make Stealing useful once again.
