Initial pet slots are not arbitrarily picked as they were in the past, their initial slot count is calculated based on their real attributes and how that compares to all other creatures in the bestiary.@Kyronix Hell hounds and Dire Wolves really should be 1/4, rather than the 2/4 they currently are. Hell hounds are one of few pets that could actually benefit from necro, but being 2 slots when wild makes them seriously, seriously underpowered 4 slot pets. Dire wolves are even worse. I know no one gives a rats ass about mid range max pets but... Please, my dude.
